Every order of 450€ or more on Bike Mailorder now comes with a voucher for a free gym membership. The higher the purchase value, the longer your membership will last. But you should be quick, the number of give-away memberships is limited.
1. How do I receive my voucher?
A free item called "McFIT membership" will be automatically added to your checkout page based on the value of your shopping. If you want to receive a free membership, simply add the free item to your shopping cart. You will soon receive an email with a gift voucher.
2. When will I receive my gift voucher?
The voucher will be sent to you approx. 2 weeks after your order. We know you can’t wait to get started... but the waiting time depends on the time of your order.
3. How do I use my voucher?
You can go to one of the 165 studios in Germany with your voucher code and register directly. You can then train free of charge for the corresponding period in all McFIT studios throughout Europe (excluding Switzerland). You will receive your membership card on your first visit to McFIT.
4. What happens after your free membership ends?
Your free membership ends automatically. You can extend your contract with McFIT at your own cost or simply stop training.
What do you need to know about your McFIT membership?
Do I have to buy a bike to receive the free membership?
Of course, we recommend that you buy a bike, because the combination of cycling and fitness training will guarantee you optimum training results. But you can also shop for accessories, bike clothing or bike parts and even for discounted items.
What's in it for me?
Does buying a bike AND a gym membership even make sense? It’s quite simple: The combination is the perfect exercise program. Cycling will ensure you get some fresh air, but you can train in the gym when the weather is bad. You tone your leg muscles on the bike and your core and arms on a variety of cardio and weight machines. On your bike, you'll fight against your inner couch potato, while courses in the gym push you to new heights thanks to group dynamics and live trainers. Cycling and working out are a dream team!
I would like to order from BMO but I don’t want a gym membership, is that possible?
Simply place your order as usual if you are not interested in a McFIT membership. If you don’t add the membership to your shopping cart we will not send you the gift voucher.
Is the membership transferable?
You need a bike, your neighbor wants to go to the gym? This is not possible, the voucher is not transferable.
Can the value of the voucher be refunded?
It is not possible to exchange the voucher for cash value.
Is the voucher still valid if I return my order or parts of my order?
The order value minus returns applies. If you return your order or parts of your order, your voucher will be void or the duration of your membership will be shortened accordingly. Of course, you are free to cover the costs of your McFIT membership in this case.
Will the voucher expire?
You can activate your membership as soon as you have the voucher. The voucher is valid for 1 year starting from the date of issue.

McFIT offers you a combination of modern fitness clubs, live classes and training apps to make sure you make the most of your workouts. During your free membership, you have unlimited access to all services.
Where can I work out?
Your membership is active in the McFIT studio near you and in over 165 McFit gyms throughout Germany. You can find all the locations on McFIT's homepage. And you'll certainly find one near you.
Are online classes available too?
Membership includes access to CYBEROBIC and Hero. The apps offer a wide range of online workouts.
